T2 Bis furnished 58 m2 on the 1st floor of a small condominium dating from the 18th century in the corsair city intra-muros. Very good location (quiet, close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, close to the beach, pretty view of the flowered square). Very nice fitted kitchen open to the living room. The room benefits from a double exposure therefore very bright. A living room (woodwork and beautiful old parquet) with fireplace 2 convertible sofas (quality mattress), a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a bathroom with WC (redone in February 2017). WiFi access in the apartment.
Equipment: fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer. The rental price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating, tourist tax). The linen is provided and your beds will be made upon your arrival! Possibility of a cleaning service for 50 € at the end of the stay. A cleaning deposit of this amount will be requested from tenants who do not wish this service.
