The 5 bedrooms are conveniently spread out in the house , all with own shower and WC , allowing all guest to have their own space. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned with black out window shutters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, dish washer, ice maker, fridge and water filter as well as 2 freezers in the basement in the laundry room.
The laundry area boasts 2 washing machines and a tumbler for your use. The house is equipped with a modern security system as well as electric gate.
The fully fenced in property is located in a nice residential area with no oversight from neighbors, the large plot size allows for full seclusion, yet boasting open sky views and a lovely lush garden with apricot, lemon, lime and olive trees.
