The house has stunning views towards Cannes and Antibes, and is up in the hills so benefits from a cooling breeze. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are two other bathrooms in the villa as well as the one next to the pool. There are three dining terraces including one next to the pool and a large indoor dining table too, plus several quiet outdoor seating areas and a small boules court.
The villa is only 15 minutes from the famous market town of Valbonne, and 20 minutes from beautiful Mougins, and there are many gorgeous restaurants nearby. There is also a fully stocked supermarket only 7 minutes drive away. There are several superb golf courses within 20 minutes of the house, and the area is famous for its cycling, including the magnificent climb to Gourdon and it's astonishing views. There are bike hire shops nearby and a secure place to store them at the property.
