Summary: Our group of eight adults, 2 older adults and their adult children enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of Peconic Bay and a private beach. We saw some colorful sunsets at the bay and even swam a couple of times. The home itself is immaculate and the pool and backyard are as the photos show. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home allowed for privacy of all groups in that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Jeanette was easy to reach and helpful with ideas for local activities.
