Positive: Aldo is a very kind man who really goes the extra mile to help you get around and take care of you! The room was as the pictures describe it: very clean and comfortable. Location is near a metro line and plenty of food/drinks around the block. Supermarket on the next street also helps

Negative: Maybe i have overlooked it but we had some neighbours who use the same front door. Not an issue per se but unexpected. Cutlery missed knives, however I'm sure if we reported it Aldo would have fixed it the next day.
