Positive: - Very clean apartment - Host was very helpful and is contactable via call or WhatsApp - Central location near tour de la babote - Balcony was nice. Overlooks the street below - Access to washing machine, hob, clothes drying rack, cutlery and crockery, microwave, broom, vacuum, fridge freezer, was very useful. - It's the door with the black keybox installed. You can collect the keys at any time which is so convenient. - Apartment has a fan to cool off - Big water boiler, hot water doesn't run out even if you have a longer shower - Building is very safe, there is a front door key, then a key for an internal metal gate, then a key for your front door which has a very fancy very expensive lock. Makes you feel very secure.

Negative: - It would have been helpful to have a photograph of the entrance door pointing out the lockbox - there is no number on the apartment door so I wasn't sure I was in the right place. But the host was very helpful. It would have also have been helpful to have a picture of the inside door as again, no numbers on the apartments so I didn't know which apartment was the correct one. - I personally found the bed uncomfortable and the pillows dumpy - The apartment didn't come with basics like hand soap and shampoo and body wash, so I had to buy it myself. - Balcony doors don't shut properly, so a little light comes in at night. Pack an eye mask for sleep. - Shower drain takes a long time to drain and seems a bit backed up - The location being central is very handy, but of course this means it is a bit noisy with street noise. Manageable but make sure you pack your earplugs. - No aircon, no WiFi, shower pressure is low
