The farmhouse of about 600sqm is divided into a main building, inhabited by the owners, who are available for any information and needs and two independent apartments finely restored with quality materials and furnished with taste. The whole property is fenced and is equipped with private parking and automatic gate in order to guarantee guests privacy and security. The garden is large and well cared for with many flowers and plants. During your stay you will have the swimming pool at your disposal (12x6 mt, maximum height 3 mt, minimum height 1,20 mt, open from 01 May to 30 September) with attached Jacuzzi, equipped with parasols, sun beds and deckchairs, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view on the town of Cortona. Each apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, while in the garden you can enjoy a gazebo with wrought iron tables and chairs surrounded by olive trees, complete with a barbecue and wood-burning oven.

The kitchenette is separated by a wooden screen and features a large sink, gas burner, comfortable work space, microwave, fridge, toaster, crystal dining table with chairs. The kitchenette has all the necessary equipment for romantic dinners to be enjoyed by the pool or under the common gazebo. The bathroom with a comfortable separate shower area is equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and hair dryer and is preceded by a large dressing room with bed armchair.
