Positive: Quiet and tranquil place. Beautiful renovated villa surrounded with nice garden and big olive grove, stunning sea views. Separate spacious and comfortable apartment.Secure parking nearby. Wellcome cookies and a bottle of wine, coffemachine. Great Host! Thank you, Mara!!!))

Negative: May be a dishwashing machine would be a nice addition. Not necessary though).
