The space
2 storeys in an open style are making this property unique and won’t fail to impress. The modern architecture, paired with traditionell details and a lot of light inside the rooms, creates the perfect environment for your holiday with up to 14 people.
The 6 bedrooms offer all you need with A/C, safety boxes, TV in the kids bedroom and en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are individually designed and each room is different from the other. The highlight for the kids: the boat- themed kids room with bunk bed! This room is attached to the exclusive family room and you can be sure that you won’t have problems bringing the kids to bed.
All rooms have a wonderful view so you can wake up with a smile in the morning and start your day right.
The spacious open living room is offering a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area by the pool and a large lounge area to relax and come together. Sun loungers around the pool and a sunken seating area are offering some space to relax in the sun, read, tan or come together for some sunset drinks.
In between you can enjoy a swim in the large infinity pool with a stunning view on nature! For sure one of the most beautiful swimming pools you can find in the area.
Here, you can enjoy your days exactly the way you want: relax in the privacy of your beautiful room, enjoy a home cooked meal in the dining area, come together with friends and family in one of the two lounge areas or have a tanning session in the sun and refreshing dip in the spacious infinity pool.
Our housekeeping staff will come daily to the villa to ensure highest quality and cleanliness. The staff can also prepare breakfast for you (surcharge and please give one day notice). A private chef for lunch and dinner can also be arranged.
The villas butler will do its best to help you with every request and question. We can arrange car/scooter rental, taxis, day trips, restaurant/massage reservations and much more. Please don’t hesitate to contact our butler directly upon arrival.
Guest access
The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others.
Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Other things to note
Some decor items such as paintings and/or lamps appearing on pictures may be replaced from time to time and therefore alter the global appearance of the leaving room.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in- late we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise it is subject to the villa availability. Late check in after 8pm would be an extra cost of IDR 200000.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast not included but a menu is available in the villa . Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast / lunch/ or dinner, at total grocery cost + cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking. Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.
- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
- A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of IDR 430k/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : Towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up
- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 12 people, but the maximum capacity is for 14 people which means that the 13th and 14th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person.
