Duvets, pillows, necessities and household goods are provided. Sheets and towels are available with a supplement of 15 € per pack of 2 people.

The accommodation located on the 3rd floor without elevator has a splendid view totally unobstructed on the pedestrian zone.
Small tourist train, 2 playgrounds for children, 3 public car parks, 2 supermarkets, an organic supermarket, butcher, caterer, bakers, restaurants, bars .... are a few meters from the building.
Between 5 and 10 minutes walk from the Vauban marina, the public sandy beach of La Gravette, the Picasso museum and all public transport (bus and train station).
Finally at least 10 minutes by car you will have access to Marineland Park or Cap d'Antibes and Juan Les Pins.
