Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was great, and it was super simple to pick up the necessary codes from the nearby hotel. The facilities overall were really nice, including comfortable furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The view of the mountains from the balconies was really amazing, too.

Negative: Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the view unless we were outside. The mechanical shutters on the windows in the main room were broken, so we had to duck beneath them to get outside. We called the front desk, but maintenance wasn't available on a weekend, so while we would've loved to enjoy the awesome mountain view from indoors, that wasn't possible. Hopefully the property managers can fix this before the next guests!

Summary: Overall, the property is great, but not being able to fully enjoy the view was disappointing!
