You will enjoy the modern and large kitchen, a dining area with seating for 6 and a bar area for additional seating, bright living room, and a screened in porch that gives you plenty of space for the whole family. The condo is in a quiet but active private community, you have access to three separate swimming pools, walking paths, and two tennis courts. The community offers parking for 2 cars per unit with additional over flow parking. The location is great for escaping the crowds of downtown, nearby dining includes Arena's and Big Fish Grille all within walking distance. Guests are also a short bike ride away from many attractions. This home is non-smoking and does not accept pets.
