Summary: This home was a good size for our family of five, with a clean, modern interior. As the very first renters, we encountered a range of issues—some minor, some more serious—but the property manager was responsive and worked with the owner to address them as fast as possible.It’s clear the house is set up strictly as a rental, not a vacation home that's regularly used and maintained. Some furniture shows noticeable wear. For a 30-day stay, a second or larger dresser in the primary bedroom would be helpful (there’s currently just one small three-drawer unit). The kitchen is stocked with the basics but could use upgrades for longer-term guests.The walk to the beach is short but steep. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. However, the outdoor area was a letdown—it felt neglected and under-maintained.Overall, we felt the home was fairly priced for its current condition, but with some simple improvements, it could be much better.
