Located in Pont Saint Esprit (2 minutes, all shops and supermarkets) - very quiet - exceptional views and breathtaking protected forest of the Valbonne - garden with olive trees, lime trees, acacia trees - two shady terraces - covered parking - living room with large fireplace - Flat screen TV - Cassette player and DVD - Internet - Invertible cold-hot air conditioning - Fully furnished and equipped - BBQ.
The calm is guaranteed.
Part of the farmhouse, semi-detached but totally separate and independent of the part I rent, is rented year-round to a family of three people very calm and very respectful. You will not see them because they have their personal input. Also the farmhouse is not suitable for loud parties and techno music !!!
Many cultural and sporting activities are offered to children and adults (Museum of Sacred Art of the Gard, Chauvet cave, museums of Provence, museum of silk, lavender, medieval sites, castles, golf, horse riding (at 300 meters from the farmhouse), hook-branches, canyoning, paragliding, river beaches at 3 minutes and 10 minutes from the house: pedal boats, descent of the Ardèche canoe gorges, etc ... The sea and the station Ventoux ski are an hour from home.
Tasting organic products of the region: wines, bread, honey, goat cheeses, 5 minutes from the house.
The famous Provencal market is held in the old town of Pont Saint Esprit (2 minutes!). The whole area it gives you an appointment during the summer.
