The main house was completely renovated in 2017, this 6 bedroom 5 bath house was featured in Rehoboth Art League's 2018 Cottage Tour is available for limited weeks Summer 2026.
The main house has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms
First Floor consists of Gourmet kitchen with large island area for food prep and dining. Kitchen area has Thermador appliance and 2 dishwashers, dining area, 3-season front porch, large living room and 2 bedroom and 2 baths. Beautifully landscaped back yard with pool, large outdoor seating/dining area and gas grill. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, laundry area. Escape to the 3rd floor living area that also can be used as 6th bedroom.
Currently rented separately is a garage apartment (VRBO listing # 3560816) it was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of 2 queen bedrooms, full bath and open floor plan living room and kitchen with large island. Additional garden seating area with gas grill.

Summary: Truly a beautiful place to stay with all of the amenities. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen and we made meals daily. The pool and backyard are a sanctuary. The walk to the beach is brief and enjoyable. Very close to shops and Rehoboth Avenue. We are already making plans to come back next year!
