House Rules.
1. Parties or Events: Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Additionally, we do not allow bachelor or bachelorette gatherings.
2. Maximum Capacity: The maximum capacity for guests, both during the day and night, is limited to 16 individuals.
3. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Guests must dispose of all debris, cigarette butts, and trash outside the premises. Failure to comply may result in an additional fee.
4. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any noise violations will lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation.
5. Noise Regulations: Our property is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, and we diligently enforce sound ordinances. Parties are strictly prohibited. During the day, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, reasonable outdoor and pool noise is permissible. However, after 10:00 PM, outdoor noise should be minimal. The use of outdoor music is not allowed at any time, and music is prohibited in the backyard/pool area.
6. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, but we kindly request advance notice. Pets must not be allowed on furniture and should do their business outdoors. Please promptly clean up after your pets.
7. Security Measures: For the safety and security of all guests, our home is equipped with a security system and exterior cameras.
8. Pool Usage: Pool cleaning is carried out weekly. If you require pool cleaning at check-in, please notify the manager at least 3 days before your arrival. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
9. Thermostat Settings: To comply with power company recommendations and prevent potential blackouts or AC system issues, the smart ACs and Heating system are limited to 66 to 78 degrees during winter and 70 to 78 degrees during summer.
10. Guest Responsibility and Conduct: Guests have 8 hours after check-in to report any property damage, clogged fixtures, appliance malfunctions, or wall damages. Throughout the stay, it is expected that the property and its contents will be properly maintained. Guests agree to replace or repair any damages caused during their stay, excluding "normal" wear-and-tear.
11. Guest Disclosure: All daytime and overnight guests must be disclosed at the time of reservation. Any undisclosed guests approved after reservation will incur a fee of $600 per guest per night.
12. Bugs and Insects: Las Vegas is located in a desert, and we do our absolute best to keep unwanted insects out of the house through regular pest control maintenance. However, depending on weather conditions, you may still experience occasional sightings of roaches, ants, scorpions, or other bugs inside the house. We appreciate your understanding as we address these natural occurrences.
13. Utilities and Furniture: Excessive use of utilities, trash, laundry, and cleaning may result in extra fees. Additionally, rearranging indoor and outdoor furniture or reprogramming TV remotes/settings will incur additional charges.
14. Trash Disposal: Guests are responsible for removing bulk items before check-out.
15. Technical Issues: Please note that no refunds will be provided for technical issues related to cable, internet, pool, appliances, BBQ, etc.
16. Amenities Hours: Pool, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
