All the must-see places of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: the "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city), the Old Nice and its local specialties and the Promenade des Anglais and its numerous beaches.
The tramway allows you to reach the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches in a few minutes.

KITCHEN:
The semi open kitchen is equipped with all of the following: a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment also offers other amenities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
BATHROOM :
The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a hairdryer, a towel holder and a toilet.
BEDROOM :
The room consists of a comfortable double bed with a thick high quality mattress of 20cm and a lot of practical storage.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
