## Neighborhood
Being close to all amenities, it will take you only 5 min by car to reach the city center of Golfe-Juan and its pleasant beaches. You will also be able to visit Antibes easily, in just a 10 min drive and visit the emblematic places: Antibes's Old Town, the museums (including the Picasso museum), the port, the Fort Carré, the beaches and other attractions, as well as Cannes in just 15 min. Lastly, you will take only 15 min by car to reach the water park Marineland.
