Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. It is located in the convenient Davenport community of Sunset Ridge which is close to shopping at Posner Park, Advent Health emergency room, dining, local amenities and access to I4. Less than 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World and International Dr. Open kitchen where you can prepare meal for family and friends. The first bedroom comes with a Queen master and a Tv. The second bedroom comes with 2 twin bed and a tv and last but not least the third bedroom that comes with a bunk bed and a twin bed and a tv.
