Enjoy a Restful nights sleep in this well established neighborhood. Very clean, light decor, modern grey tones. Living combo/Great Room with Dining, Kitchen Bar, Large Den with 55" Flat Screen TV and Recliner. Xfinity "Extreme” High Speed internet. King Bed in Master. Master Bath has walk in shower with seats. Two Twins in second bedroom. Extra bath has tub/shower combo. Extra Soft Bedding and Super Soft Towels. Enclosed Screen/Glass Lanai is perfect for morning coffee, furnished with wicker seating. Back and side yard is enclosed with a Privacy Fence.
Our kitchen is furnished with most appliances that will be wanted during your stay. Start up coffee, toiletries, paper products are included with your stay, enough for a few nights stay, Garage/Parking one car inside, one car in drive. Additional parking close by for additional car. Enjoy the quiet time from 10 pm - 8 am, after a restful nights sleep, wale up to peaceful surroundings to take in the Florida sunshine.
Ring Doorbell & Ring Outside Cameras for additional security located on front door and outside premise for your safety and ours.
Please no Parties/Events at the Villa, check out the town squares, where the party starts every evening. Our Villa accommodates up to 4 persons to stay in unit overnight. This reservation is for two (2), if you want to include other guest, no problem, just list additional persons, cost for persons over 2 is $10.00 per person per night.
Owners Contract will need to be signed within 2 days of renting. All persons staying in unit must sign contract. Make sure you receive a contract from us for your rental.
Note: this is an over 55 community. Guest should be similar in age, unit is not equipped to handle young children. Interested parties ahould communicate only through the VRBO site.
Temporary Resident Pass Available for stays 7 days or more (limit 2 persons), additional $50 fee payment due when picked up. A form has to be filled out and I will need to have this 3 days in advance of stay. The pass will be waiting for you at the Sumter Landing Sales office (next to Panera Bread).
Guest Pass (limit 4 persons) also available at no charge.
The difference between the two passes is a temporary resident pass holders will have full access to all the amenities with resident rates. Without a temporary resident pass, the guest will not be able to request advance T-times for golf. If an event is near capacity Resident pass will be preferred.
Only persons with this pass can use “Sports Pools”.

Our home is professionally cleaned. If you experience any housekeeping issues upon arrival, call me immediately.

Nearest pool is El Santiago Rec Center, about a two minute ride from the mail pick up.

Home is being rented for only for the persons on the agreement.
