The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 70,00/week/animal). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

Villa Dada is located in the heart of the Livorno countryside in an area between the towns of Gabbro and Castelnuovo della Misericordia, in a landscape with rolling hills and rich woodland vegetation but very close to the sea. Villa Dada presents itself as a farmhouse with exposed stone exterior but with a modern and functional interior, thanks to the skilful renovation of the current owners to create a perfect harmony between modern and comfortable. The exterior makes a nice living space thanks to the portico that extends along two sides and contains the outdoor dining area for moments of conviviality and a sitting area where you can immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature. The strong points of this property are the living area, spread over two floors connected to each other thanks to the mezzanine, an element which adds useful space but is also a valuable architectural element to unite the rooms, and the large corner window that lets in natural light, creating a perfect union between inside and outside. The large and bright living room on the ground floor merges elegantly with the kitchen in a functional and modern open-plan area. The living area continues upstairs on the mezzanine, reached by a modern staircase in iron and wood, also illuminated by the large window and overlooking the living room below. The modern furniture with clean and elegant lines integrates well into an organised and well-designed space, thus creating a cosy atmosphere. Villa Dada, thanks to its quiet location, is the ideal place for guests who wish to experience a stay in total privacy but, at the same time, be in a strategic position for easily reaching the coast and the main seaside resorts, all services and also some of the most famous cities in Tuscany, such as Pisa, Livorno and many more.
Interior:
Villa Dada has three floors covering an area of about 250 sq m. The main entrance is located on the ground floor and leads into the open-plan area with living room, dining room and kitchen with central island, with access to the outside via a French window. The living area also contains a billiard table and table football. The kitchen is equipped with a pantry. A guest bathroom completes the floor. From the living area, stairs lead down to the basement with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and the laundry area, while the wooden stairs lead up to the first floor where the loft hosts the TV room and then the sleeping area consisting of a twin bedroom (two queen size beds), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a wardrobe room.
Park:
The garden around the villa covers an area of about 800 sqm, spread over different levels. You are welcomed at the entrance by pine trees which, with their foliage, create a chiaroscuro of light and shadow. Once past the iron gate, a cemented drive winds, slightly uphill, for a few metres among the pines to the parking area. From here, a gravel path, framed by two low stone walls leads to the basement level of the house. On the left side is the stone staircase with iron railing that leads to the ground floor with the main entrance and a well-kept lawn area surrounding the house. Here the stone portico, elegantly furnished with a dining area, directly connected to the kitchen, and a sitting area, presents itself as the ideal oasis for enjoying moments of conviviality and relaxation. Walking along the lawn, slightly lower than the ground floor, you come to the pool area, surrounded by a hedge. Embracing the property, at a higher level, is woodland with tall trees typical of Mediterranean scrub, bestowing a sense of peace and tranquillity.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool area is located in a part of the garden between the ground floor and the basement, surrounded by lawn and partly delimited by hedges. The rectangular pool, accessible from the ground floor of the villa across the lawn, measures 12 x 4.5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and is equipped with internal and external lighting, salt purification and Roman steps for access to the water.. The surrounding solarium area, partly stone and partly lawn, is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas to provide guests with maximum comforts, as well as a cold-water shower. The swimming pool will remain open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
