Housing nine ensuite bedrooms across a pair of buildings on a 1,400 sqm site, Villa Ayana Manis provides both privacy and ample social spaces for a large family travelling together. The main pavilion comprises four bedrooms as well as the property's main facilities, which include a gym and the air-conditioned indoor living and dining areas; five other bedrooms are located in a secondary building, two of which come with its own balcony. All bedrooms enjoy pool or garden views, come with its own ensuite bathroom and king-size bed.
Other amenities include a home theatre, barbecue area and wine cellar; a private chef can be enlisted to prepare fresh meals daily for an extra fee.

Villa Anaya Manis comprises two villas:
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, main kitchen, BBQ area, enclosed living area, main dining area, garden, wine cellar, two bedrooms and an outdoor dining area, and a swimming pool.
- Second Floor: Nine bedrooms (including the master bedroom) and gym facilities.
CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 18 persons.
- Extra beds are available at USD 45 per person per night. Only 4 additional beds are available.
LIVING AREAS:
- The main communal space is an enclosed living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen.
- There's also an outdoor dining and seating area by the pool.

- High-speed WiFi throughout and 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime streaming, local and international channels, Sonos Stanmore bluetooth speaker.
KITCHEN & DINING:

- The villa has main indoor dining area that is a rectangular dining table that can seat 14 guests.

- A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
