This single storey family house of 120 m² with a garden of 720 m² is as followed :

- Fully equipped kitchen opened to the living room with a dining table. This kitchen has dishwasher, Expresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, micro-wave, fridge with a freezer

- Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed and 1 single bed, AC
- Bathroom 2 : bathtub, 2 sinks and toilets
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, storage and view on the pool
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, storage and view on the pool
This house has AC in the living room and in one bedroom, a wifi in the entire place.
The pool is private and can be used when you want. It is not heated and no noice after 10pm.
The entrance to the car park is via a slightly narrow alley, making it suitable for city cars.
## Access
Guests will have access to the entire place, only one door will be locked for personal belongings.

Guests will be in contact with our agency throughout their stay in order to insure the quality of your holidays.
Please contact us a few days before in order to confirm your check in date so someone will be able to greet you at the property at the accorded time.
Check ins are in between 4PM and 7 PM and later check ins might be possible, please contact the agency in order to see if it is possible.
Check outs are at 10 AM. Cleaning is included but dishes will need to be made before check out and trashes will be to be thrown.

The Airport is located about 25 mn away from Antibes. Please exit at Antibes Exit from the A8 highway.

Parties are forbideen / Pets are forbidden.
Bed linens are included in the reservation : one set of bed linens per room will be given at check in with 2 towels per person (a small and a large one)
Pool towels are not included but can be rented (4 euros per towel and per stay). Please contact the agency if intestested.
Cleaning is included in the reservation but dishes will need to be made and trashed thrown away before check out.
Dimensions pool: 6.1 M x 3.75 M
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
