This splendid "agriturismo" is situated in the north of Tuscany, in the heart of the Garfagnana, between the Apennine and the Apuan alps. It is an isolated and quiet spot, with wonderful views onto the valley where Al Sambucco is located.
The property disposes of a stone mansion divided into 2 completely independent apartments with separate entrances (Cicala, Formica) and a wonderful cottage (Stalla). Guests have the possibility to organize unforgettable excursions – to the mountains, to the caves and close-by parks (there is a trekking path which passes near by the property), mountain bike trips (the owners put a few bikes at the guests' disposal) or just to relax in the spacious garden equipped with games for children and a beautiful swimming pool (set in earth, 12 x 6m, deep: 1.40m) with deckchairs and sun-umbrellas. The farm produces biological products such as barely, tomatoes, potatoes, salad and honey… which guests can pick directly in the market garden underneath the house and taste at the same time the original aromas.

This stone cottage is completely independent: entrance on the ground floor: living room with 1 double bed settee, upholstered chairs, fire-place, SAT-TV, DVD, radio, characteristic pillar in the centre reminding the old fashioned style of architecture, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine. Stairs to the 1st floor. 1 twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
There is a spacious panoramic outdoor area in front of the holiday home with magnificent views onto the valley and the swimming pool. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque.
The house has tasteful furnishings in country style with beamed ceilings and some walls with visible stones.
