This flat is 70m² and in an exclusive location, nice and quiet and with 2 balconies that look over the sea. The flat looks west and is therefore warm in the winter and perfect for late holidays. The entrance leads on to a small corridor, from which there are three rooms: a very large, beautiful newly made bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and WC, plus a washing machine. One window looking over the sea. Further a large bedroom with double and single bed, plus if necessary, a lovely sofabed. Here there is a balcony looking southwest.
Through the last door is the dining room with furniture made of Swedish pine, an expandable table with room for 10 people and of course the balcony furnished with a table, chairs and sun shade, with a breathtaking panorama over the sea.
From this balcony you can look over uninterrupted 80km of beach! From the foothills of Romito over to the Gulf of Baratti with Populonia! And now imagine the view over the islands of the Tuscan archipelago….
In this room there is also a small kitchenette which can be closed by a sliding door. There is everything needed to cook for 8 people. Gas cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, English and Italian coffee machines and a dishwasher. In the pine living room cupboard there is an iron, there is also a SAT TV.
For the colder months there is a gas heater, in the summer the blinds protect from the sun and too much heat. Between the house and the beach is a private courtyard where there is room to park the car. The beach directly in front of the house is free to use.
The owner has bought 10,000m² of land in the sand dunes and has had the area prepared for his guests. Here you will find natural dunes of up to 10 metres high in which rare plants grow - the plants alternate with the sandy areas, where there are wonderful hollows for sunbathing. The vegetation makes it the most interesting place for children to play in! This 10,000m² strip of coastland is partly a fenced in botanical garden in which plants, flowers and dune vegetation can be found along a didactic path. The aim is to protect and preserve these plants that are partially threatened with extinction. These sand dunes are a part of the untouched nature that is rigorously protected. On request we offer a guided tour of about an hour, where you will be shown the flora and have it explained. Didactic material is also available. The Moscardini family have tables and benches made from drift wood put there for their guests. Water and lights are also provided.
