Beautiful holiday home in the countryside, on the slopes of the Chiana Valley and 6 km from Arezzo. The house is bright and cosy, has several covered terraces and large, private outdoor areas. Living room with open fireplace and kitchen on the ground floor, with access to two terraces; in front of the bedrooms on the first floor are balconies with unique views. On the property there is a barbecue, a sunny lawn with sun loungers, children's games and a refreshing fountain - a place to relax and yet conveniently located for activities such as trekking, biking along the Chiana Canal, horse riding (3km); from here you can reach Arezzo in no time with its beautiful historic centre, the Piazza Grande and the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco; - don't miss the big antiques market on the first weekend of every month! There is also the picturesque Castiglion Fiorentino (8 km) and the picturesque Etruscan town of Cortona (20 km) to visit; Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands is about 30 km away; or visit Siena with the most beautiful square in the world, the "Piazza del Campo" (80 km) and the Umbrian capital Perugia (70 km). Shopping; food and drink, shops of all kinds at Olmo (3km). The house is on two levels.
