Semi detached villa conveniently close to the seaside resorts of the Versilian coast. The beach is just 200 meters from the house along with many lovely restaurants and all kinds of shops. If you are looking for a relaxing town but also want to find a thriving night life you have chosen the right place.
The villa is arranged on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 11 people, for a total of 5 bedrooms (4 doubles, one bedroom with 3 single beds, and 3 bathrooms).
Ground floor: entrance, a spacious living room with light french windows opening onto the garden, TV and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
First floor: 3 double bedrooms, one with balcony , one with 3 single beds (the perfect place to room groups of kids together) and 2 bathrooms, one with tub and hand shower and the other with shower. All bedrooms have new ceiling fans with remote control.
Second floor: nice bedroom with air conditioning
It has a lovely covered patio furnished with an outside sitting area, complete with bbq, table and chairs for eating outside on the cool summer nights.
This villa is perfect for families with children and groups of friends with children.
The location as attractive as it is convenient. It is close to the soft sands of the Versilia beaches as well as only 4 km far from Pietrasanta.
Pietrasanta is most famous in Versilia for the marble and bronze artists and their work. In fact it often hosts international artists and sculptors who come to stay there, sometimes for long periods of time, to shape their creations. Some famous artists of note who called Pietrasanta home are Michelangelo and Vasari. Overtime, this small town has become an artistic centre, hosting lots of art galleries, temporary and seasonal art expositions and a picturesque historical centre. After a visit or tour through the city you can spend the day shopping in the city's central street.
