Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills and of the swimming pool. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a practical fireplace. Here you will find a pool table. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room also has three windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room has a window.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
