Located 200 m from the port, and the children's island, our house exposed to the east enjoys the rising sun in summer and its shady terrace at noon. Its garden of 80 m2 as well as the shaded parking between the rue des Mascottes and the garden allow children to play safely. The ocean is 12 km or 20 minutes by car and 30 to 45 minutes by the bike path.
Bordeaux and the Arcachon basin are 1 hour drive, the ferry to Royan 45 minutes. Along the Gironde estuary, 20 minutes are the vineyards and castles of the Medoc.

water and wc on the ground floor, first floor bedroom with double bed 140, a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a toilet with sink.
