Characteristic country house located in the countryside between the city of Lucca and the beaches of Versilia, not far from a small town but separated from it by a large stretch of woodland which renders it isolated and peaceful. The property is made up of the main house and an annexe. Restoration work has been meticulous and has enhanced the stone structure, the terracotta floors, the wooden beams and the pastel-coloured walls. The accommodation is ideal for groups of friends or large families who want to spend their holidays alternating excursions to the city of Lucca to the beaches of Versilia. Otherwise, they can enjoy the swimming pool while tasting a glass of white wine produced on the nearby estates. In front of the house there is a large lawn where children are free to run and play. As well as the garden furniture, the guests can use the barbeque and a wood-fired oven for tasty outdoor meals. The swimming pool (12x6 with a depth from 1.4 to 2.2 meters)(15/05-30/09) is surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas. The house has been furnished with all the modern amenities creating a truly relaxing and fresh atmosphere. The accommodation has wi-fi internet connection, fans and mosquito nets. Included in the price: compulsory 9 hours cleaning service/week, baby bed and highchair (on request). Car park on the property.
