The home is beautifully designed and furnished utilizing calming neutral tones to create a sense of peace throughout. The cozy living room includes a comfortable sofa and smart TV where you’ll never have to worry about missing an episode of your favorite show while away. The bright and airy kitchen features glossy white granite countertops and brand-new stainless steel appliances, with drip coffee maker, toaster, and your very own margarita machine! Have fun experimenting with different flavors and varieties, taking your concoctions on the back patio to lounge and enjoy the view in the Adirondack seating. For formal meals or gathering the group together for a night of games, the classic dining room table can accommodate 7, while 4 additional countertop seats are perfect for small bites or a spread of afternoon appetizers.
This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, and an additional room on the 2nd floor with a twin bed and a smart TV.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking available in lot for up to 4 vehicles – first come, first serve. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be included upon booking. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
- In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
- We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
- Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off.
